Right from booking my experience with Pell Palace was positive , my inbound flight was delayed several times I was able to communicate this to the property as they had arranged a taxi service to meet my flight , upon arrival at the airport we went to the designated spot and , met and shown to the transport about an hour late we arrived at the hotel .I would strongly urge any traveller to avail themselves of this transfer option I used the same method to return to the airport again no issues at all very comfortable van and good driver .Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed check in was quick and I booked the return transfer to airport at this time .You pay Pell directly in Euros . The room whilst not large isn't cramped either we asked for two single beds that's what we got the decor and overall standard is very high I have payed much more for a lot less , the room etc was spotless and at the rear of the hotel so very quiet , good strong shower , kettle etc, digital safe hardwood flooring a/c and opening windows , very modern tv built into the wall I think at this price point you would have to be pretty harsh to find any fault everything worked the elevator was as clean as the rooms . Breakfast is served each morning and all staff seem intent on making sure all runs smoothly .Everyone seems invested in the hotel/job, Simban a gentleman from Nepal is very friendly and always watchful of the customers needs . I would return without hesitation it is 10 mins to the Blue Mosque etc and 10 mins if that to the Grand markets and the labyrinth of streets and passages each packed with insane amounts of goods and sellers , having been to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Marrakesh nothing comes close after seeing the back alleys of Istanbul bring empty suitcases , whole streets are often dedicated to an item eg shoes, or anything else you care to name , I saw shops that sold only zips or coat hangers !

We wanted a nice end to our trip, so we booked a spa hotel, expecting the facilities to be included, as they usually are in other Istanbul hotels I've stayed at. However, upon arrival, we found out there was an extra charge. At first, I was quite upset, but after messaging the hotel, they handled it amazingly. They not only apologised but also gave us exclusive access as a goodwill gesture - something we had never experienced before! The staff member who helped us Kadri was incredibly kind. Later, I checked their website and saw that the extra charge was clearly stated, so it was actually my mistake for assuming otherwise. If you're booking, just be aware of this to avoid any surprises. Overall, the hotel was good - nothing extraordinary, just a solid and comfortable stay.

The staff were immediately so welcoming and warm. Ferdhi is a muscle man! He carried our bags up and down the hill like a legend and made us so many cups of tea. Mevlut was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed, it was wonderful getting to know him. Kaan is a champion, always ready with the coffee on our early mornings, walked us to a market shop and showed us how to use the metro. The hotel itself was in a perfect location for everything, the room was clean and had plenty of room. The breakfast was amazing and fresh, with local food showcased. Reception contacted us before we came and organised the airport transfer. Our holiday in Istanbul was made stress free and so much fun thanks to this hotel and the people that work there.

The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive! Especially Kaan, Ufuk and Sadakat. The spa is private and we felt very relaxed after our hamam, thanks to Sadakat. She really went above and beyond to make sure we was looked after. Kaan was very helpful and was always a warm welcome each time we entered the hotel. As we were celebrating a birthday; they kindly organised a cake and flowers which is a lovely gesture and makes the experience even more amazing! Would recommend as this is in the heart of Istanbul and less than a 10 minute walk from Hagia Sofia, the blue mosque and grand bazaar. Any support or help needed, the staff at Pell palace were very accommodating and quick to help.

had an amazing stay at the Pell Palace Hotel in Istanbul! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to explore the city. The facilities were great, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We did have a small issue with the shower room, but the staff handled it wonderfully. I mentioned it to the front desk, and within 15 minutes, the problem was completely resolved. Huge thanks to Ufisk, Ayes, and Can, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality really stood out! Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it!
